Welcoming Letter

Please use this welcome letter to announce to your spectators what you expect from them during the contest. It works very well to set the tone for the night.

Good evening Ladies, gentlemen, and students. Tonight we welcome to _________school the ______ and the ___________ fans.

Before we begin tonight's event I would like to ask that all children be seated with their parents in the stands during the contest, between periods and games. The safety of your children is a top priority here at ________ and we feel that a supervised child is a safe child. We also ask that the fans, coaches and players respect the decisions and judgments of the referees. No taunting or foul language has a place in the T.E.A.M. Sports programs. We appreciate your support regarding this matter.
